Fall Inter-Club Karate Tournament – November 29, 2014

Location: Sherwood Park Dojo (Stoney Creek)

Tournament Fees:

  • Registration:  $35.00 (must be in by November 21, 2014)
  • Spectator entry: $5.00 each

Doors open at 9:00 AM.  Competition starts at 10:00 AM.

Mandatory equipment includes head protection, hand protection, mouth guard and jock.

Class Schedule Updates (Cancelled and Added Classes)

Hi Everyone,

Please be aware that there will be no classes held on October 27 and 31, 2014.  Classes that are missed for any reason including PA Days, holidays or weather conditions may be made up at any other class location during the same week.

Bellmore School classes start on Nov. 6 and will be running Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 4:00 PM.

Janet Lee School classes start on Nov. 7 and will be running Fridays from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.

Binbrook and Valley Park Classes Begin this Week!

Hi Everyone!

A friendly reminder that the winter season for Binbrook and Valley Park begin this week!

  • Binbrook Memorial Hall classes start September 16, 2014 from 6:30 – 7:30 PM (tomorrow)
  • Valley Park Community Center classes start September 18, 2014 from 6:45 – 8:00 PM (Thursday).

We were very excited to start the Sherwood Park classes last week!

Janet Lee, Bellmore and Ancaster Meadow School classes start date TBD.
