Just a reminder that Binbrook Hall is under renovation starting this week. Our karate classes will be move to Glanbrook Arena, 2nd Floor (4300 Binbrook Rd, Binbrook, ON L0R 1C0) until further notice beginning May 2, 2023. Binbrook Hall renovations are expected to take approximately 2.5 months to complete.

There are no changes to the Valley Park schedule/location. The Valley Park class is cancelled on Victoria Day long weekend. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Looking forward to seeing everyone at Glanbrook Arena!

There will be no classes from Saturday, March 11 to Saturday, March 18, 2023 as we will be closed for March Break. Classes resume on March 21, 2023.

Grading is scheduled for March 28, 2023 so don’t forget to practice your kata! Reminder that friends and family are always welcome to attend your grading! Don’t forget to bring snacks to share with everyone.

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that there is no class on Thursday due to Binbrook Little Theatre occupying our space. You are welcome to join us at Valley Park Community Center on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We hope to see everyone there!

If you practice kumite or sparring please make sure you are fully equipped including mouth guard and jock if applicable.

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that our Holiday Party will held on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Feel free to please bring some snacks to share with everyone. I will bring my guitar and I hope that if you play an instrument that you bring it with you so we can jam together and have some fun! Hopefully Chase will bring his guitar and can help play some Christmas carols. The more instruments the better!

The holidays are just around the corner and everyone is very busy baking cookies while Santa is checking his list!

We will be closed for the holidays between December 22 to January 9, 2023. We resume classes on January 10, 2023.

Our Holiday Party will be held on December 22, 2022 immediately after our regularly scheduled class. Feel free to kindly bring some snacks to share with everyone to help ring in the holiday season!

Exciting News! Grading has been scheduled for November 24, 2022. Bring a friend and you can show what you have learned over the past few months. Please work on your kata, terminology and push-ups! Feel free to bring some snacks to share with everyone.
