Good News! We reopen on February 8, 2022!

The City of Hamilton has given us the go-ahead to open! Our opening day is February 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm. We will be enforcing all City’s Covid-19 protocols.

Vaccine Verification

Each person who enters an indoor facility for sports, recreation, meetings, or events must show identification and COVID-19 proof of vaccination (QR code required) at entry. As we’re preparing to return to indoor recreation, remember to download your enhanced vaccine certificate. Upon reopening, we will only be able to accept the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code and the Verify Ontario app. The QR code can be used digitally or by printing a paper copy. You need to show government-issued I.D. along with the QR code.

You do not have to show your proof of vaccination if you are:

• 12 years old or younger

• Entering a business temporarily to: use a washroom, access an outdoor area,  make a admission/membership purchase

• Entering the business for health and safety purposes

Rental Permit still pending with the City

Hi Everyone,

I know that everyone is very anxious to get back to karate. At this time, the City of Hamilton have asked us to remain patient as they figure out the logistics of reopening city rentals during this fourth wave and have not yet cleared us to do so. I will continue to follow-up with them for status updates. We will definitely open as soon as we get permission from the city.

Thank you for your continued patience in this matter.

Yours truly,

Sensei Joe

Reopen postponed until July 2021

I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy!

We had intended to reopen the club on April, 2021; however, at this time, Hamilton remains in the red zone and health concerns are on the rise. Because of this, we had to make the difficult decision to remain closed and postpone our reopen. We hope that we are able welcome everyone back again in July 2021 when hopefully we have successfully flattened the curve. Our main priority remains the health and safety of our fellow students and teachers.

Please contact me should you have any questions or concerns.

Stay safe,

Sensei Joe
