Just a reminder that there’s no karate class on Saturday, May 18, 2024 due to the May long weekend.

North East Karate Club is hosting a Karate Tournament on June 23, 2024. More information will follow soon. Be aware that full equipment is required including a mouth guard and jocks for the males. Please place your order ASAP for any required equipment in order for it to arrive on time. Work on your kata. Be explosive, demonstrate power and don’t forget to kiai! Ensure that you participate in in-class sparring to practice your defensive and offensive strategies. Standard tournament rules will be in play which means that participants will need contact to achieve a point. First person to wins 3 points is declared the winner of the match.
